Identity- Who someone is :The qualities, beliefs, etc., that make a particular person or group different from others sameness of essential or generic character in different instances: Sameness in all that constitutes the objective reality of a thing : Oneness
System- A group of related parts that move or work together: A body of a person or animal thought of as an entire group of parts that work together
Politics, Government, they are all a system. A system that is corrupt, unjust, and based on cause and effect. We are told wars bring peace, and crimes that look racially depicting are highlighted to promote racism to get reactions out of certain communities. When will we stop allowing the "System” to determine our futures and our outcomes? When will we stop taking their bate and reacting how they have planned? We need to stop, evaluate the real problems at hand, and start rebuilding our communities and education.
The problem is that for most of our lives we have been brainwashed and conditioned to believe and perceive things a certain way without even knowing it. The media is a devil in itself by which we give life to by promoting ridiculous music, tv shows, and derogatory images. Yet we complain about our generation after supporting ignorance. Change will not start until we take responsibility for ourselves and what we are allowing ourselves to be fed and what we are promoting. The news puts out what they want us to see to get a certain reaction. Going back to being conditioned, they already have a foreshadowed outcome of how we will react. Each story is “Chosen” don’t forget that. It’s your choice whether or not to continue to be a puppet to society. For generations we have done the same things instead of seeking truths for ourselves. Stop feeding into media’s false realities, you want to help our generation spread education. Education is a vital key to growth that people sweep under the rug.
Years ago people got their fingers cut off for trying to read, now that we have education at our fingertips half of our generation won’t even pick up a book. If we keep doing what we’ve always done we will keep reciprocating what we’ve always gotten. Its like we keep obtaining short term results and not lasting solutions. The change starts with us. We don’t have to keep going through the recurring cycles of history, we have a chance to change it or die doing what we’ve always done.
” Forgive them for they know not what they do” In actuality we know not what we do because we know not who we are. We need to find ourselves as a generation, find ourselves in the deepest truest form. Then we will not accept the conditioned definition of who we are suppose to be from anyone else. There will never be peace externally if there is not peace within ourselves internally.
